We provide the following services:
* Companion Services From $10.00
to $14.50 per hour.
Companion
services are home-based supervision and monitoring activities which
assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a safe environment
when the person is unable to do so alone.
DUTIES:
Provide a safe
and comfortable environment. Assist with phone calls and
correspondence. Provide recreational activities and friendly
conversation. Assist errands and supervise activities as directed, such
as taking medication, dressing, etc. Can provide transportation of
client to physician, recreation, activities, etc.
Other Duties (not to exceed 20% of time): Meal preparation, planning,
shopping, light housekeeping and laundry.
* Homemaker Services From $10.00
to $16.50 per hour.
Homemaker
services are general activities provided in the home to assist and/or
instruct an individual in managing their household.
DUTIES:
Meal
preparation, planning and shopping. Maintain medicinal schedules.
Errands; Laundry; Vacuuming; Dusting; Changing linens; Washing dishes;
Washing floors; Can provide transportation of client to physician,
shopping visits, etc.
* Personal Care Services From
$12.00 to $18.00 per hour.
This
service includes everything our Homemaker service provides.
Additionally, this service directly assists individuals with personal
hygiene if they have a chronic and stable medical condition.
DUTIES:
Meal preparation, planning and shopping. Bathing, dressing, feeding and
toileting activities. Maintain medicinal schedules. Errands; Laundry;
Vacuuming; Dusting; Changing linens; Washing dishes; Washing floors;
Provide transportation of client to physician, shopping visits, etc.
*
Alzheimer's Care Companion $15.00 per hour.
Specially
trained companion to provide sensitive and appropriate supervision to
clients with any stage of Alzheimer's disease.
* Live-In Companion From $100 to
$200 per 24Hrs.
Our
live-in service provides 24 hour, round-the-clock supervision, with
continuous monitoring and coordination of daily living. We can delay or
help prevent institutionalization by providing this service.
DUTIES:
Provide a safe, comfortable and stable environment. Assist with phone
calls and recreational activities. Assist with errands. Supervise and
monitor an individual during the performance of daily activities such
as: meal preparation and consumption, dressing, personal hygiene,
laundry and simple household chores; Evening/Night-time monitoring to
ensure safety. Assist with maintaining medicinal schedules.
